Nice room and the people were friendly- it’s an old place either way some history. Breakfast and food generally very good

Fantastic country pub - comfortable, clean and (in our case at least) large rooms. Lovely views of Somerset from the rooms and a pleasant courtyard for drinks. Food was top drawer - perhaps the best fish & chips we’d had, and amazing full English the next morning. We will return!
